  2. This item was stolen from the mailing envelope, delivered to me empty except for promotional materials, apparently by USPS employees. I reported a theft to George H. LaBarre Galleries, to eBay, and to USPS postal inspectors. LaBarre Galleries helped me get an eBay refund for this stolen item, even though it was mailed uninsured. eBay has been bureaucratic, but I still hope to get a refund for the two other stock certificates stolen from the same envelope. I'd still rather have the certificates.
